10. Scope of Application / Usage Range
ZC-YJV 0.6/1 kV 5×16 mm² is intended for fixed installation in low-voltage power distribution & transmission systems up to 1.2 kV where flame-retardant Class C is required. As a five-core cable (3L+N+PE), it is the standard choice for three-phase LV supplies with separate neutral and protective earth.
Typical applicable locations:
- Three-phase distribution feeders (L1/L2/L3 + N + PE) for equipment, motors, distribution boards, and final sub-circuits in TN-S / TN-C-S systems
- Indoor/outdoor distribution rooms, floor distribution cabinets, and risers in high-rise buildings, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, stations and metros (where ZC flame-retardant grade is mandated by fire code)
- Cable trays, cable ducts, cable trenches & shafts in commercial / residential / public buildings
- Industrial plants, warehouses, small-to-medium machinery and HVAC feeders, elevator power supplies
- Direct buried routes in non-aggressive soil with low mechanical impact
- Renewable / PV inverter AC output and EV charger three-phase branch circuits (polarity/earthing design required)
