Our Commitment to Quality

At Anhui Tongdu Cable Co., Ltd., quality is not a checkpoint—it is the foundation of everything we manufacture. Every cable and wire that leaves our facility is backed by a multi-layered system of national licenses, international management standards, product-specific certifications, and independent third-party verification. For overseas buyers, this means you can specify Tongdu Cable products with confidence, knowing that compliance is documented, traceable, and independently validated.

National Industrial License

This license is a mandatory requirement for legal cable manufacturing in China and confirms that our production facilities, equipment, and quality control systems have passed rigorous government inspection.

China Compulsory Certification (CCC)

All three CCC certificates were issued by the China Quality Certification Centre (CQC)​ and are valid from February 6, 2024 to February 5, 2029. They cover:

International Management System Certifications

All three core management system certificates were audited and issued by Beijing Zhong-An Quality & Environment Certification Centre Co., Ltd.​ (accredited by CNAS), effective June 13, 2024, valid until June 12, 2027:

All certificates are searchable on the official CNCA website (www.cnca.gov.cn) and CNAS-recognized platforms, allowing overseas customers to verify validity independently.

CE Certification

Tongdu Cable has obtained CE certification, enabling direct export of our cable products to the European Economic Area (EEA) and other markets that recognize the CE marking. This certification confirms that our products comply with relevant EU directives on electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and environmental requirements—removing a key barrier for European distributors and contractors.

Anhui Provincial Electric Wire & Cable Industry Association

Tongdu Cable serves as a Council Member (5th term, 2023–2028)​ of the Anhui Provincial Electric Wire & Cable Industry Association. This membership reflects our recognized standing within China's cable manufacturing community and ensures we receive timely updates on regulatory changes, standards revisions, and industry best practices—information we pass on to our international customers through continuous product improvement.

Anhui Product Quality Supervision & Inspection Research Institute

Key test results from Report (2023) 05531 for LSZH power cable included:

• Insulation thickness:​ 1.9 mm average (min. req. 1.7 mm) ✓

• Conductor DC resistance:​ 0.0740 Ω/km (max. req. 0.0754) ✓

• Smoke density (transmittance):​ 91% (min. req. 60%) ✓

• Halogen content:​ HCl not detected (max. 0.5%); pH 5.8 (min. 4.3); conductivity 7 μS/mm (max. 10) ✓

• Flame retardant (bundled, B class):​ Char length 0.9 m (max. 2.5 m) ✓

Suzhou Product Quality Inspection Institute Co., Ltd. (National Supervision Random Inspection)

This inspection was commissioned by the State Administration for Market Regulation​ and conducted by the Jiangsu Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Research Institute (National Wire and Cable Quality Inspection and Testing Center, Jiangsu). The sample was purchased from a distributor (Gejiang District Fuhua Wire & Cable Business Department) and tested blind—providing the highest level of independent verification. All 6 test items, including conductor resistance, insulation thickness, aging, and flame propagation, were rated compliant.
